Removing Frequent Customers from Reports

There is now a way to remove frequent customers from showing up on the Fraud Reports. To do so, sign into your Client Administration Area:

Once logged in, choose the "Search Customer Database" option under the Customer Database section. Search for your customer. Once the customer information has been located, click on the "edit" link. Scroll down to the bottom and check the box next to "Frequent Customer". This will permanently remove the customer from the reports. To add the customer back to the report list, uncheck the box.
